Statistics Norway

Statistics Norway (The Central Bureau of Statistics) was formally established as an independent entity in 1876. The Statistics Norway is responsible for collecting, producing and communicating statistics related to the economy, population and society at national, regional and local levels.

      Each region represent a province.The table base is changed. In 2010, only the largest companies transports were in, while as of 2015, all domestic transport are included.Forvaltningsreformen Fra og med 2010 overtok fylkene ansvaret for om lag 17 000 kilometer øvrig riksvei, som et ledd i forvaltningsreformen. Dette fører til at enkelte indikatorer i større eller mindre grad ikke er direkte sammenliknbare med tidligere år.
