The Systemic-risk Monitoring and Rating Toolkit (“SMaRT”) offers a comprehensive suite of interactive analytical tools for ongoing monitoring and assessment of systemic risks. SMaRT covers a matrix of risks and sectors in individual countries, regions and globally which have the potential to become systemic and the tools are cross-linked to one another, where relevant, to enhance their collective usefulness for overall analysis.
