RUSIPOTEKA

In 2003, the Information and Analytical Portal Rusipoteka was created, which is the first Internet resource focused on professionals in the field of mortgage lending and securitization. The main goal of the portal is to convey accurate and up-to-date information about the market to visitors. In 2006, the company RUSIPOTEKA was established, and the site was registered as an electronic media (No. FS 77-25308). In 2007 the company created the Analytical Center for Mortgage Lending and Securitization, whose tasks include monitoring and analysis of the market. The result of the Center's work was the emergence of the periodic analytical review "Mortgage lending and securitization", as well as the continuation of the activity on drawing up the ranking of mortgage banks and regional mortgage companies, to which information on refinancing organizations was added.
