National Statistics Institute of Chile

The National Institute of Statistics is one of the public agencies with the longest trajectory in the country. Since 1843, the year of its official creation, counts in its work numerous censuses, surveys and studies of the national reality. At present, the INE delivers to the country more than 70 quality indicators in a thematic diversity that includes employment, prices, population, culture, citizen security, economy and other relevant aspects for decision-making in public policies.
