National Centre for Statistics and Information, Oman

National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) is to satisfy the Oman government's need of official statistics and reliable information to be used in setting policies and programs on local, regional and international levels; taking into consideration the accelerating economic and social variables. NCSI also seek to satisfy the needs of all authorities in acquiring data in all areas of development.

The review of marital status in Omani society also includes data from population censuses and household surveys, and the average age at first marriage according to different variables.
