Gonorrhea and Chlamydia: The basis for the National Board of Health inventory is data from the Central Laboratory at Queen Ingrid's Hospital. Individuals can appear more than once in the data material, as they may have received more positive tests every single year.Gonorrhea: From 2018 new cases of gonorrhea are counted as unique positive samples or 2 positive samples with more than 21 days in between. 97.6 % of all positive samples for gonorrhea count in 2018.Chlamydia: From 2018 new cases of chlamydia are counted as unique positive samples or 2 positive samples with more than 42 days in between. 96.4% of all positive samples for chlamydia count in 2018.Syfilis: Data are based on individual notifications to the National Board of Health.Mean population: Calculated as a simple average of the population estimates, taken at January 1st of the year in question, and the following year.
