Output of Tea refers to all output of tea in a year. It includes all picked output from the plots of tea garden, fragmentary cultivate tea and waste tea. Regardless of consuming by themselves or selling, it should be included in the statistics. The output of tea is calculated by weight of dry raw tea after initial processing. According to the difference of manufacturing method and quality, the tea is divided into green tea, black tea, dark tea, yellow tea, white tea, and others.
